Cerbydau
4.—(1) Ni chaiff neb ddod ag unrhyw gerbyd na chyfarpar a gludir ar y cerbyd hwnnw ar y fangre drwyddedig na mynd â hwy oddi yno os gellir gweld eu bod wedi'u halogi â thom anifeiliaid neu unrhyw halogiad arall sy'n dod o anifeiliaid.
(2) Ni fydd y paragraff hwn yn gymwys i unrhyw gerbyd neu gyfarpar a gludir ar y cerbyd hwnnw sy'n dod ar fangre drwyddedig —
(a)os yw'r dom anifeiliaid neu halogiad arall yn dod yn unig o'r anifeiliaid a gludir ar y cerbyd pan ddaethpwyd â'r cerbyd ar y fangre drwyddedig; neu
(b)yn unswydd er mwyn eu glanhau a'u diheintio, os eir â hwy yn unionsyth i'r cyfleusterau glanhau a diheintio yn ddi-oed ar ôl cyrraedd y fangre.
(3) Ni fydd y paragraff hwn yn gymwys i unrhyw gerbyd neu gyfarpar a gludir ar y cerbyd hwnnw sy'n ymadael â'r fangre drwyddedig—
(a)os yw'r dom anifeiliaid neu halogiad arall yn dod yn unig o'r anifeiliaid a ddadlwythwyd o'r cerbyd ar y fangre drwyddedig; neu
(b)os yw'r dom anifeiliaid neu halogiad arall yn dod yn unig o'r anifeiliaid a lwythwyd ar y cerbyd ar y fangre drwyddedig.
