Terfynau amser
9.—(1) Rhaid i grynhoad anifeiliaid a gynhelir at ddibenion gwerthiant (boed y gwerthiant yn unig ddiben neu beidio) ar fangre sydd â man palmantog i anifeiliaid neu arwerthiant defaid magu yn yr hydref a drwyddedwyd o dan erthygl 8 beidio â phara am fwy na 48 awr, gan ddechrau ganol dydd.
(2) Caiff arolygydd milfeddygol drwy hysbysiad estyn cyfnod crynhoad anifeiliaid o dan baragraff (1) os yw'r arolygydd milfeddygol wedi'i fodloni—
(a)bod angen yr estyniad er lles yr anifeiliaid; neu
(b)mai bach yw'r perygl o gyflwyno clefydau yn y gwerthiant ac o ledaenu clefydau wedi hynny.
(3) Yn achos crynhoad anifeiliaid nad yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys iddo, os un o ddibenion y crynhoad yw crynhoi anifeiliaid ynghyd i'w traddodi ymlaen o fewn Prydain Fawr, rhaid i'r crynhoad beidio â phara am fwy na 48 awr, gan ddechrau ganol dydd.
