Hysbysu am glefyd mewn anifeiliaid buchol
3.—(1) Rhaid i berson sy'n meddu ar anifail yr effeithiwyd arno neu anifail dan amheuaeth neu berson sydd â rheolaeth ar yr anifail hwnnw, neu lawfeddyg milfeddygol sy'n archwilio'r anifail hwnnw, hysbysu'r canlynol am y ffaith honno cyn gynted ag sy'n ymarferol bosibl —
(a)arolygydd awdurdod lleol; neu
(b)y Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol.
(2) Pan hysbysir arolygydd awdurdod lleol o dan baragraff (1) o'r erthygl hon, rhaid i'r arolygydd hysbysu'r Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol sy'n gyfrifol am yr ardal honno ar unwaith.
(3) Rhaid i berson sy'n meddu ar anifail yr effeithiwyd arno neu anifail dan amheuaeth neu berson â gofal yr anifail hwnnw, ei gadw yn y fangre lle y'i cedwir hyd nes i arolygydd milfeddygol ei archwilio.
