Taliadau o ran hyfforddiant
7.—(1) Mae'r paragraff hwn yn gwneud darpariaeth ar gyfer talu swyddog canlyniadau etholaeth o ran treuliau a dynnir wrth hyfforddi swyddogion llywyddu a chlercod pleidleisio i gyflawni dyletswyddau ar ddiwrnod pleidleisio mewn etholiad Cynulliad.
(2) Yr uchafswm y gellir ei adennill fesul swyddog llywyddu sy'n cael hyfforddiant yw £45.00 a gellir ei adennill heb ystyried ai'r swyddog llywyddu a gafodd yr hyfforddiant a gyflawnodd y dyletswyddau ar y diwrnod pleidleisio.
(3) Yn ychwanegol at y treuliau y gellir eu hadennill o dan is-baragraff (2) yr uchafswm y gellir ei adennill fesul etholaeth Cynulliad mewn cysylltiad â pharatoi deunyddiau hyfforddi yw £140.00.
(4) Yn ychwanegol at y treuliau y gellir eu hadennill o dan is-baragraffau (2) a (3) yr uchafswm y gellir ei adennill fesul cyflwyniad hyfforddi a roddir i swyddogion llywyddu a chlercod pleidleisio gan swyddog canlyniadau etholaeth neu rywun a enwebir gan swyddog canlyniadau etholaeth yw £112.00.
(5) Yn ychwanegol at dreuliau y gellir eu hadennill o dan baragraffau (2), (3) and (4) yr uchafswm y gellir ei adennill, fesul sesiwn hyfforddi, o gostau swyddogion canlyniadau etholaeth yw £196.00.
(6) Yr uchafswm y gellir ei adennill fesul clerc pleidleisio sy'n derbyn hyfforddiant yw £45.00 a gellir ei adennill heb ystyried ai'r clerc pleidleisio a gafodd yr hyfforddiant a gyflawnodd y dyletswyddau ar y diwrnod pleidleisio.
