Estyn y pwer i beri brechu

10.  Mae darpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf yn gymwys fel petai brechu o dan y Rheoliadau hyn yn cael ei wneud drwy arfer y pŵer i frechu yn adran 16(1) o'r Ddeddf—

(a)adran 16(2) i (17)(1) (triniaeth ar ôl bod yn agored i heintiad);

(b)adran 16A(2) (cigydda anifeiliaid a frechwyd);

(c)adran 62A(3) (cigydda: pwer mynediad).

Diwygiwyd adran 16 o Ddeddf 1981 gan adran 7 o Ddeddf Iechyd Anifeiliaid 2002 (p. 42).

Mewnosodwyd adran 16A o Ddeddf 1981 gan adran 5 o Ddeddf Iechyd Anifeiliaid 2002. Fe'i hestynnwyd i fod yn gymwys i ffliw adar gan O.S. 2003/1734.
