Cyflwyno hysbysiadau
14.—(1) Bydd unrhyw hysbysiad a gyflwynir o dan y Gorchymyn hwn wedi'i gyflwyno'n briodol i unrhyw berson os—
(a)bydd wedi'i roi iddo'n bersonol;
(b)bydd wedi'i adael yn ei gartref neu'r cyfeiriad busnes diweddaraf y mae'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn gwybod amdano ar ei gyfer, neu ei bostio i un o'r llefydd hynny; neu
(c)pan fo'r amodau ym mharagraff 14(2) wedi'u cyflawni, bydd wedi'i anfon ato drwy e-bost.
(2) Ystyrir fod hysbysiad a gyflwynwyd i unrhyw berson drwy e-bost wedi'i gyflwyno'n briodol iddo os bydd y person hwnnw—
(a)wedi hysbysu'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol mewn ysgrifen (a heb ddiddymu'r hysbysiad) ei fod yn fodlon derbyn cyflwyno hysbysiadau o dan y Gorchymyn hwn drwy e-bost; a
(b)wedi darparu ar gyfer y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, mewn ysgrifen, gyfeiriad e-bost i'r diben hwnnw.
