Penderfynu ar atebolrwydd i dalu ardoll ar ddanfoniadau
28.—(1) mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys at ddibenion Erthygl 10(3) Rheoliad y Cyngor (sy'n ymwneud â chyfrifo ardoll ar ddanfoniadau).
(2) Ar ôl i'r flwyddyn gwota ddod i ben, mae'n rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol —
(a)canfod pa gynhyrchwyr a wnaeth ddanfoniadau sy'n fwy na'r cwota a ddyrannwyd iddynt ar ôl ystyried unrhyw addasiadau a wnaed o dan reoliadau 25 a 27; wedyn
(b)canfod cyfanswm yr ardoll sy'n daladwy gan bob cyfryw gynhyrchwr ar y gyfradd ardoll a nodir yn Erthygl 2 Rheoliad y Cyngor; ac wedyn
(c)canfod cyfanswm yr ardoll sy'n daladwy gan bob prynwr ar ddanfoniadau a wnaed i'r prynwr hwnnw.
