Trosglwyddo rhan o ddaliad
10.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i reoliadau 14 ac 16, mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys lle trosglwyddir rhan o ddaliad.
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i reoliadau 11(4) a (5) a 12, lle cyflwynwyd hysbysiad trosglwyddo yn briodol yn unol â rheoliad 9, mae'n rhaid dosrannu'r cwota yn ymwneud â'r daliad —
(a)yn unol â'r dosraniad y cytunwyd arno ac a nodir yn yr hysbysiad hwnnw; neu
(b)os na fydd unrhyw gyfryw gytundeb, mae'n rhaid penderfynu ar y dosraniad drwy gymrodeddu yn unol ag Atodlen 1.
(3) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (4) a rheoliadau 11(4) a (5) a 12, mae unrhyw gynnyrch llaeth a gafodd—
(a)eu gwerthu'n uniongyrchol; neu
(b)eu danfon
o'r daliad yn ystod y flwyddyn gwota pryd y mae deiliadaeth y daliad yn newid a chyn trosglwyddo'r rhan o'r daliad yn cael eu trin at ddibenion cyfrifo unrhyw ardoll fel pe baent wedi'u gwerthu, eu trosglwyddo am ddim neu eu danfon, yn ôl y digwydd, o bob rhan o'r daliad yn gymesur â'r dosraniad o dan baragraff (2)
(4) Nid yw paragraff (3) yn gymwys os bydd y partïon yn cytuno fel arall ac yn cyflwyno i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol hysbysiad o'r cytundeb hwnnw.
(5) mae'n rhaid cyflwyno hysbysiad y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff (4) —
(a)yn y cyfryw ffurf ag y gall y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn rhesymol ei mynnu; a
(b)wrth gyflwyno'r hysbysiad trosglwyddo yn unol â rheoliad 9.
