(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Gorchymyn)

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn dirymu Gorchymyn Tribiwnlysoedd Prisio Lesddaliadau (Taliadau Gwasanaeth, Yswiriant neu Geisiadau am Benodi Rheolwyr) 1997 (“Gorchymyn 1997”) i'r graddau y mae'n effeithiol mewn perthynas â Chymru.

Mae Gorchymyn 1997 yn rhagnodi'r manylion sydd i'w cynnwys mewn —

(a)ceisiadau i dribiwnlys o dan —

(i)adrannau 19(2A) neu (2B) o Ddeddf Landlord a Thenant 1985;

(ii)adran 20C o'r Ddeddf honno;

(iii)paragraff 8 o'r Atodlen i'r Ddeddf honno;

(iv)adran 22(3) o Ddeddf Landlord a Thenant 1987;

(v)adran 24(1) o'r Ddeddf honno; a

(vi)adran 24(9) o'r Ddeddf honno;

(b)ceisiadau i dribiwnlys am ganiatâd i apelio i'r Tribiwnlys Tiroedd.

Mae Gorchymyn 1997 yn parhau i fod yn gymwys i unrhyw gais sy'n cael ei wneud cyn 31 Mawrth 2004.

Mae Rheoliadau Tribiwnlysoedd Prisio Lesddaliadau (Gweithdrefn) (Cymru) 2004 yn gwneud darpariaeth ynglŷn â'r manylion sydd i'w cynnwys gyda cheisiadau penodedig sy'n cael eu cyflwyno i dribiwnlys prisio lesddaliadau ar neu ar ôl 31 Mawrth 2004.

Mae Arfarniad Rheoliadol wedi'i baratoi mewn cysylltiad â'r Rheoliadau hyn. Gellir cael copi o'r Gyfarwyddiaeth Dai, Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ (Ffôn 029 20 823025).
