Enwi, dehongli a chymhwyso
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Deddf Safonau 2000 (Cychwyn Rhif 14) (Cymru) 2004.
(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn, mae cyfeiriad at adran yn gyfeiriad at adran yn Neddf Safonau Gofal 2000.
(3) Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys mewn perthynas â Chymru.
Y Diwrnod Penodedig
2. 7 Gorffennaf 2004 yw'r diwrnod penodedig i adrannau 8, 9(2), 10(2) i (7), 11 i 15, 17 i 21, 24, 26 i 32, 36 a 37 i'r graddau biod eu darpariaethau yn perthyn i reoliadau a wneir o dan adran 42 ac nad ydynt eisoes mewn grym.
Llofnodwyd ar ran Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru o dan adran 66(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998(1).
