Cyfyngiadau ar symud anifeiliaid
3.—(1) Mae gwaharddiad ar symud anifail o unrhyw safle—
(a)oni symudir yr anifail o dan awdurdod trwydded a ddyroddir gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol neu arolygydd; a
(b)ond nid os na symudwyd defaid, geifr neu wartheg i'r safle hwnnw yn ystod y 6 diwrnod blaenorol, ac os na symudwyd moch i'r safle hwnnw yn ystod yr 20 diwrnod blaenorol (“y cyfnod segur”).
(2) Er gwaethaf paragraff (1), ceir symud anifeiliaid o'r safle yn ystod y cyfnod segur—
(a)os yw'r symud yn un a bennir yn Atodlen 1, neu
(b)os dyroddwyd trwydded sy'n datgymhwyso'r cyfnod segur gan arolygydd milfeddygol.
(3) Ni chaiff y cyfnod segur ei sbarduno gan symud anifail i safle os yw'r symud yn un a bennir yn Atodlen 2.
(4) Nid yw'r gofyniad am drwydded ym mharagraff (1)(a) yn gymwys i unrhyw symud a awdurdodir gan drwydded o dan erthygl 10 o Orchymyn Moch (Cofnodion, Adnabod a Symud) (Mesurau Dros Dro ) (Cymru) (Rhif 2) 2002(1) (trwyddedau'n ymwneud â moch anwes).
(5) Nid yw gofynion paragraff (1) yn gymwys i symud—
(a)sydd wedi'i drwyddedu gan drwydded a roddwyd o dan Orchymyn Clwy'r Traed a'r Genau 1983(2), neu
(b)i unrhyw sŵ a drwyddedwyd o dan Ddeddf Trwyddedu Swau 1981 neu oddi yno (3).
