Y dyletswyddau sydd ar bersonau sy'n bresennol mewn crynhoad anifeiliaid
2.—(1) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson fynd ar safle trwyddedig yn gwisgo dillad allanol y mae arnynt arwyddion gweledol eu bod wedi'u halogi â charthion anifail neu halogion eraill sy'n deillio o anifeiliaid.
(2) Os bydd person yn yr ardal i anifeiliaid yn gwisgo dillad allanol ac arnynt arwyddion gweledol eu bod wedi eu halogi gan garthion anifeiliaid neu halogion eraill sy'n deillio o anifeiliaid, rhaid iddo ar ei union ar ôl gadael yr ardal i anifeiliaid, lanhau halogi garw oddi ar ei ddillad (onid yw'r dillad i gael eu taflu) a naill ai—
(a)eu diheintio; neu
(b)newid ei ddillad am ddillad glân; neu
(c)eu taflu; neu
(ch)ymadael â'r safle trwyddedig.
(3) Os bydd person y tu allan i'r ardal i anifeiliaid yn gwisgo dillad allanol ac arnynt arwyddion gweledol eu bod wedi eu halogi gan garthion anifeiliaid neu halogion eraill sy'n deillio o anifeiliaid, caiff arolygydd gyflwyno iddo hysbysiad yn rhoi iddo'r dewis o—
(a)glanhau ei ddillad allanol,
(b)newid ei ddillad am ddillad glân,
(c)gwaredu dillad y gellir eu taflu, neu
(ch)ymadael â'r safle trwyddedig a hynny ar ei union.
