Cyfyngiad o 27 o ddiwrnodau ar grynhoi anifeiliaid mewn un lle
5. Mae gwaharddiad ar bob crynhoad anifeiliaid ar safle lle y cafodd anifeiliaid eu cadw a hynny hyd nes bydd 27 o ddiwrnodau wedi mynd heibio ers y diwrnod—
(a)y gadawodd yr anifail olaf y safle hwnnw, a
(b)ar ôl i'r anifail olaf adael y safle, pan fydd yr holl gyfarpar a ddefnyddiwyd gan yr anifeiliaid wedi ei lanhau fel nad oes unrhyw arwydd weledol ei fod wedi'i halogi.
