Darpariaethau cyffredinol ynglŷn â hysbysiadau a thrwyddedau

10.—(1) Rhaid i bob trwydded a hysbysiad o dan y Gorchymyn hwn fod yn ysgrifenedig, gallant fod yn ddarostyngedig i amodau ac fe gaiff arolygydd milfeddygol eu hamrywio, eu hatal neu eu dirymu yn ysgrifenedig ar unrhyw bryd.

(2) Rhaid i drwydded sy'n cael ei dyroddi o dan y Gorchymyn hwn fynd gyda pha beth bynnag sy'n cael ei symud o dan ei hawdurdod ac os gofynnir iddo wneud hynny gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol neu gan arolygydd i'r awdurdod lleol neu gan gwnstabl, rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n gweithredu o dan awdurdod trwydded o'r fath —

(a)dangos y drwydded;

(b)caniatáu i gopi neu detholiad ohoni gael ei gymryd; a

(c)rhoi ei enw a'i gyfeiriad.
