2. Nodau bras polisi'r awdurdod addysg lleol mewn perthynas â phlant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig ynghyd â gwybodaeth am y camau y mae'r awdurdod yn eu cymryd—
(a)i hybu safonau addysgol uchel i blant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig;
(b)i annog plant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig i chwarae rhan gyflawn yn eu hysgol a'u cymuned ac i gymryd rhan mewn penderfyniadau am eu haddysg ac i wneud dewisiadau amdani;
(c)i annog yr ysgolion yn eu hardal i rannu eu harferion wrth wneud darpariaeth addysgol arbennig ar gyfer plant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig; ac
(ch)i weithio gyda chyrff statudol a gwirfoddol eraill i ddarparu cymorth i blant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig.
