Aelodaeth fforwm
7. Wrth ystyried pa bersonau i'w penodi yn aelodau o'r fforwm, rhaid i awdurdod penodi:
(a)ymgynghori ag unrhyw unigolion a chyrff sydd â buddiant yn swyddogaethau'r fforwm y gwêl yn dda;
(b)rhoi hysbyseb mewn papur newydd sy'n cylchredeg yn y fro y mae'r fforwm ynddi yn rhoi cyfle i bersonau fynegi diddordeb mewn dod yn aelod o fforwm;
(c)gwahodd unrhyw gyrff sydd â buddiant yn swyddogaethau'r fforwm i enwebu person i'w ystyried gan yr awdurdod penodi ar gyfer aelodaeth o'r fforwm;
(ch)cymryd i ystyriaeth ei bod yn ddymunol penodi personau sy'n byw yn ardal y fforwm, neu sydd fel arall yn gyfarwydd iawn â hi, neu y mae ganddynt fuddiannau eraill sy'n berthnasol iddi;
(d)sicrhau bod aelodaeth y fforwm yn llwyddo i gael cydbwysedd rhesymol rhwng buddiannau defnyddwyr hawliau tramwy lleol neu'r hawliau mynediad a roddir gan adran 2(1) o'r Ddeddf a pherchenogion a meddiannwyr tir mynediad neu dir y mae hawliau tramwy lleol drosto yn bodoli;
(dd)rhoi sylw i'r angen i sicrhau, i'r graddau y mae'n rhesymol ymarferol, gydbwysedd teg rhwng personau o genderau, hiliau, oedrannau, anableddau a nodweddion eraill gwahanol.
