Yr awdurdodau lleol i gyhoeddi gwybodaeth ychwanegol

12.—(1) Rhaid i awdurdod lleol gadw cofrestr—

(a)sy'n nodi enw a chyfeiriad pob aelod o weithrediaeth yr awdurdod am y tro a'r ward neu'r etholaeth (os o gwbl) y mae'r aelod hwnnw yn ei chynrychioli;

(b)sy'n nodi enw a chyfeiriad pob aelod o bob pwyllgor gweithrediaeth yr awdurdod am y tro;

(c)sy'n pennu swyddogaethau'r weithrediaeth sydd, am y tro, yn arferadwy gan aelodau unigol o'r weithrediaeth; ac

(ch)sy'n nodi, mewn perthynas â phob swyddogaeth o'r fath, enw'r aelod y mae'n arferadwy trwyddo.

(2) Rhaid cadw ym mhrif swyddfa pob awdurdod lleol grynodeb ysgrifenedig o'r hawliau—

(a)i fynychu cyfarfodydd gweithrediaeth awdurdod lleol a phwyllgorau'r weithrediaeth honno, a

(b)i archwilio a chopïo dogfennau ac i gael dogfennau,

sef hawliau sy'n cael eu rhoi gan y Rheoliadau hyn.

(3) Rhaid i'r gofrestr a gedwir o dan baragraff (1) a'r crynodeb a gedwir o dan baragraff (2) fod yn agored i'r cyhoedd eu harchwilio ym mhrif swyddfa'r awdurdod.
