18. Ar ôl nodyn 90A, mewnosodwch —
“90B Peidiwch â chynnwys dyfarniad chwaraeon a gawsoch lai na 26 wythnos yn ôl ac eithrio i'r graddau ei fod wedi'i wneud i dalu eich costau, neu gostau eich teulu, am fwyd, dillad neu esgidiau cyffredin, tanwydd neu rent cartref, neu unrhyw dreth gyngor neu daliadau dŵ r yr ydych chi neu y mae aelod arall o'ch teulu yn atebol amdanynt.
Nid oes angen i chi gynnwys unrhyw daliadau am fitaminau, mwynau neu unrhyw ychwanegiadau deietegol arbennig a fwriedir i wella'ch perfformiad yn y gamp y cafodd y dyfarniad ei wneud ar ei chyfer.
Nid oes angen ychwaith i chi gynnwys unrhyw daliadau a wnaed am wisg ysgol neu ddillad neu esgidiau sydd i'w defnyddio ar gyfer gweithgareddau chwaraeon yn unig.
Ystyr “dyfarniad chwaraeon” yw dyfarniad a wnaed gan un o'r Cynghorau Chwaraeon a enwir yn adran 23(2) o Ddeddf y Loteri Genedlaethol etc. 1993 allan o symiau a ddyranwyd iddo i'w dosbarthu o dan yr adran honno.
Ystyr “rhent” yw rhent cymwys o fewn ystyr rheoliad 10(3) o Reoliadau Budd-dâl Tai (Cyffredinol) 1987 llai unrhyw ddidyniadau mewn perthynas â phersonau an-nibynnol sydd i'w gwneud o dan reoliad 63 o'r Rheoliadau hynny.”
