C1Sch. 1 (except paras. 5, 9) amended so that the increases to certain fees effected by its amendments apply to a wider range of cases (23.12.2022) by S.I. 2022/1267, regs. 1(1), 3, Sch.

1.—(1) Paragraph 2 (application) is amended as follows.E+W

(2) In sub-paragraph (2), for “Sub-paragraphs (3) and (4) apply” substitute “Sub-paragraph (3) applies”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (3), omit “Subject to sub-paragraph (4),”.

(4) Omit sub-paragraph (4).

(5) In sub-paragraph (5), for “Sub-paragraphs (6) and (7) apply” substitute “Sub-paragraph (6) applies”.

(6) In sub-paragraph (6) omit “Subject to sub-paragraph (7)”.

(7) Omit sub-paragraph (7).

Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services.
