Amendment of introductory section to Annex 1 to Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012

194.—(1) The list of contents is amended as follows—

(a)omit the entry for point 21.1;

(b)in Section A—

(i)at the entries for points 21.A.109 and 21.A.118A, for “EPA” substitute “UKPA”;

(ii)at the entries for points 21.A.179 and 21.A.209, omit “within Member States”;

(iii)at the entry for point 21.A.451, for “EPA” substitute “UKPA”;

(iv)at the entry for Subpart O, for “European” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(v)at the entries for points 21.A.604, 21.A.606, 21.A.607 and 21.A.609, in each place it occurs, for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”;

(vi)omit the entry for point 21.A.705;

(vii)at the entry for point 21.A.807, for “ETSO” substitute “UKTSO”;

(c)in Section B—

(i)in the heading, for “competent authorities” substitute “the CAA”;

(ii)at the entries for points 21.B.20 and 21.B.25, for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;

(iii)at the entry for Subpart O, for “European” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(d)in the list of Appendices, in each place the words occur, for “EASA” substitute “CAA”.

(2) Omit the entry for point 21.1.
