Amendment of the Somalia (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2010U.K.

2.—(1) The Somalia (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2010 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “the Council Regulation”, omit the words from “, and references to” to the end of the definition.

(3) In the Schedule, for paragraph 5(1)(f) (general power to disclose information) substitute—

(f)for the purpose of giving assistance or co-operation to—

(i)any organ of the United Nations, or

(ii)any person in the service of the United Nations, the Council of the European Union, the European Commission or the Government of any country,

to facilitate the exercise by such organ or person of functions which correspond to functions under the Council Regulation or these Regulations;.

3.—(1) The Egypt (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011 M2 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “the Council Regulation”, omit the words from “, and a reference to” to the end of the definition.

(3) In the Schedule, for paragraph 5(1)(f) (general power to disclose information) substitute—
