9. Subject to regulation 10, a person who lives—
(a)in the same household as another person who is disqualified from registration under Chapters 2, 3 and 4 of Part 3 of the Act; or
(b)in a household in which any such person is employed,
is disqualified from registration under Chapters 2, 3 and 4 of Part 3 of the Act to work in domestic premises(1).
“Domestic premises” is defined in section 98 of the Act as “premises which are used wholly or mainly as a private dwelling”.
