This Order amends the Leeds (Electoral Changes) Order 2017 (“the 2017 Order”) which gave effect to recommendations for changes to electoral arrangements for the city of Leeds, stated in the Local Government Boundary Commission Report of March 2017. Article 2(1) of the 2017 Order referred to a map (“the Map referred to in the Leeds (Electoral Changes) Order 2017”), which showed an incorrect boundary between the wards of Beeston & Holbeck and Farnley & Wortley.
Article 2 of this Order amends article 2(1) of the 2017 Order so that it refers to the map as revised to reflect the Local Government Boundary Commission for England’s recommendations.
