7. An AVC member must, if requested by the scheme manager, provide or authorise to be provided such information as is requested by the scheme manager—
(a)relating to the AVC member’s medical history and state of health; or
(b)about any benefits which the AVC member may have which are derived from a registered scheme (including information about any such benefits which have been transferred to another scheme, whether or not in the United Kingdom) and which relates to benefits accrued other than through contributions to a judicial pension scheme.
