5.  In this Chapter—

domestic confiscation order” means a confiscation order under section 6 of the 2002 Act (making of order) M1 (but see regulation 20);

domestic restraint order” means a restraint order under section 41 of the 2002 Act (restraint orders) M2 (but see regulation 19);

relevant prosecutor” means the Director of Public Prosecutions or the Director of the Serious Fraud Office;

specified information” means—

(a)

in relation to a certificate under regulation 6, any information required to be given by the form of certificate annexed to the 2003 Framework Decision;

(b)

in relation to a certificate under regulation 11, any information required to be given by the form of certificate annexed to the 2006 Framework Decision[F1;

“working day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971]

M1Section 6 was amended by section 41 of, and paragraph 75 of Schedule 3 to, the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44), section 74 of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 8 to, the Serious Crime Act 2007 (c. 27), and section 10 of, and paragraphs 11 and 12 of the Schedule to, the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013 (c. 3).

M2Section 41 was amended by section 46 of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (c. 22) on a day to be appointed.
