3.—(1) In respect of shared buildings, these regulations are subject to any additional requirements that may be applicable under sections 44A to 44C(1) of the Act and regulations under those sections.
(2) In this regulation and in regulation 4, “shared building” has the same meaning as in section 44D(1)(2) of the Act.
