13.—(1) Any question as to the conduct or practice, before 1st August 2012, of a transferred person or a person subject to a removal order, is to be determined on or after that day as it would have been determined before that day.
(2) In particular, a code of practice prepared and published under section 62 of the Care Standards Act 2000(1) which would have applied before 1st August 2012 in respect of the conduct or practice in question is to continue to apply from that day in respect of that conduct or practice.
