Amendment to Schedule 2 to the Main Regulations

3.  Schedule 2 to the Main Regulations is amended as follows—

(a)in paragraph 4(a) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£5.00” substitute “£4.00”,

(b)for paragraph 4(b) and the fees specified in relation to that paragraph in the second column (amount of fee) substitute—

(b)for a certificate of registration of a limited partnership, in hard copy form, under section 16 of the LP Act, applied for by means of CHD—
(i)where that certificate is delivered by post other than by same day delivery and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£20.00
(ii)where that certificate is delivered by post by same delivery and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£60.00
(iii)where it is an additional certificate delivered by post (by same day delivery or not) relating to the same limited partnership provided to the same applicant on the same occasion;£10.00

(c)for paragraph 4(c) and the fees specified in relation to that paragraph in the second column (amount of fee) substitute—

(c)for a certificate of registration of the type referred to in sub-paragraph (b) above applied for by means of CHD and made available for collection at a CHIC—
(i)where that certificate is made available other than for same day collection and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£20.00
(ii)where that certificate is made available for same day collection and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£60.00
(iii)where it is an additional certificate made available for collection (for same day collection or not) relating to the same limited partnership provided to the same applicant on the same occasion.£10.00

(d)in paragraph 5(e)(i) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£15.00” substitute “£20.00”,

(e)in paragraph 5(e)(iii) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£50.00” substitute “£60.00”,

(f)in paragraph 5(f)(i) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£15.00” substitute “£20.00”,

(g)in paragraph 5(f)(iii) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£50.00” substitute “£60.00”,

(h)for paragraph 5(g) and the fees specified in relation to that paragraph in the second column (amount of fee) substitute—

(g)for a certificate of registration of a limited partnership, in hard copy form, under section 16 of the LP Act, applied for at a CHIC—
(i)where that certificate is delivered by post other than by same day delivery and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£20.00
(ii)where that certificate is delivered by post by same day delivery and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£60.00
(iii)where it is an additional certificate delivered by post (by same day delivery or not) relating to the same limited partnership provided to the same applicant on the same occasion;£10.00

(i)for paragraph 5(h) and the fees specified in relation to that paragraph in the second column (amount of fee) substitute—

(h)for a certificate of registration of the type referred to in sub-paragraph (g) above and applied for at a CHIC and made available for collection at a CHIC—
(i)where that certificate is made available other than for same day collection and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£20.00
(ii)where that certificate is made available for same day collection and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£60.00
(iii)where it is an additional certificate made available for collection (for same day collection or not) relating to the same limited partnership provided to the same applicant on the same occasion.£10.00

(j)in paragraph 6(c)(i) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£15.00” substitute “£20.00”,

(k)in paragraph 6(c)(ii) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£50.00” substitute “£60.00”,

(l)in paragraph 6(d)(i) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£15.00” substitute “£20.00”,

(m)in paragraph 6(d)(ii) in the second column (amount of fee) for “£50.00” substitute “£60.00”,

(n)for paragraph 6(e) and the fees specified in relation to that paragraph in the second column (amount of fee) substitute—

(e)for a certificate of registration of a limited partnership, provided on application to a CHCC, in hard copy form, under section 16 of the LP Act—
(i)where that certificate is delivered by post other than by same day delivery and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£20.00
(ii)where that certificate is delivered by post by same day delivery and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£60.00
(iii)where it is an additional certificate delivered by post (by same day delivery or not) relating to the same limited partnership provided to the same applicant on the same occasion;£10.00

(o)for paragraph 6(f) and the fees specified in relation to that paragraph in the second column (amount of fee) substitute—

(f)for a certificate of registration of a limited partnership, provided on application to a CHCC, in hard copy form, under section 16 of the LP Act and made available for collection at a CHIC—
(i)where that certificate is made available other than for same day collection and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£20.00
(ii)where that certificate is made available for same day collection and it is the first certificate relating to that limited partnership provided to an applicant on any one occasion,£60.00
(iii)where it is an additional certificate made available for collection (for same day collection or not) relating to the same limited partnership provided to the same applicant on the same occasion.£10.00
