7. Where—
(a)an application for funded services is made before 14th October 2010; or
(b)a client is in receipt of Investigative Help and Family Help (Higher) before 14th October 2010 and the funded services are extended on or after that date to include Full Representation; or
(c)a certificate issued under the Funding Code covers funded services which were applied for before 14th October 2010 (whether or not the scope of the certificate is extended on or after that date),
the 2007 Order continues to have effect as if this Order had not been made.
