1. The following instruments apply in relation to building societies as they apply in relation to banks, with the modifications set out in this Schedule—
(a)the Banking Act 2009 (Parts 2 and 3 Consequential Amendments) Order 2009(1);
(b)the Bank Administration (Sharing Information) Regulations 2009(2);
(c)the Banking Act 2009 (Bank Administration) (Modification for Application to Multiple Transfers) Regulations 2009(3);
(d)the Banking Act 2009 (Bank Administration) (Modification for Application to Banks in Temporary Public Ownership) Regulations 2009(4).
