2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Ministry of Defence Police Appeal Tribunal Regulations 2004(1) (“the 2004 Regulations”) are revoked.
(2) In relation to an appeal against a decision made in accordance with the Ministry of Defence Police (Conduct) Regulations 2004(2) or the Ministry of Defence Police (Conduct) (Senior Officers) Regulations 2004(3) (as the case may be), nothing in these Regulations shall apply and the 2004 Regulations shall continue to have effect.
