14. Any entry made in a register before 1st October 2008 continues to have effect on and after 1st October 2008, whether or not it complies with the requirements of these Regulations, if it was made in accordance with—
(a)the 1965 Act, or regulations under that Act(1);
(b)the Common Land (Rectification of Registers) Act 1989(2);
(c)the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007(3); or
(d)the Commons (Deregistration and Exchange Orders) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007(4).
Section 19 of the 1965 Act (regulations) was extended by the Common Land (Rectification of Registers) Act 1989 (c. 18).
