1. In section 2 of the Celluloid and Cinematograph Film Act 1922(1) (purposes to which the Act applies) for the words “the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997” substitute “the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005”.
1922 (c. 35). Section 2 was amended by the Cinemas Act 1985 (c. 13), section 24 and Schedule 2, by S.I. 1992/1811 and 2002/2776 and by the Licensing Act 2003, section 198(1) and paragraph 10 of Schedule 6.
