In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by section 210(7) of and paragraph 4(a) of Schedule 1 to the Education Act 2002(1) the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:
2002 c32, by virtue of the definition of “regulations” in section 212(1) of the Education Act 2002, the regulations made by the Secretary of State apply only in relation to England.
