Interpretation
2. In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Langstone Harbour Board as constituted by Part II of the Pier and Harbour Order (Langstone Harbour) Confirmation Act 1962(1);
“the Harbour” means all of Langstone Harbour lying within the limits described in section 7 of the Pier and Harbour (Langstone Harbour) Confirmation Act 1962(2); and
“signed plan” means the plan prepared in triplicate, signed by the Head of Ports Division in the Department for Transport and marked “The Langstone (Pilotage) Harbour Revision Order 2005”, two copies of which have been deposited at that Department and one copy of which has been deposited at the offices of the Authority situated at Ferry Road, Hayling Island, PO11 0DG.
