2. In regulation 2 of the Medical Act 1983 (Approved Medical Practice and Conditions of Residence) and National Health Service (General Medical Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1998(1), for sub-paragraph (1)(b) substitute—
“(b)“training practitioner” means a practitioner approved for the purposes of providing the training to GP Registrars referred to in article 5(1)(c)(i) of the General and Specialist Medical Practice (Education, Training and Qualifications) Order 2003.”.
S.I. 1998/1664, relevant amendments to which were made by S.I. 2000/3040.
