The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Salford) Order 2001

Application

3.  This Order applies to the City of Salford with the exception of the following roads:

(a) the A580 for the whole of its length in the City of Salford including its on and off slip roads;

(b) the section of the A6 road from the point where it joins the A580 road at the Irlams O Th'Height roundabout to its junction with Oldfield Road, Salford;

(c) the section of the A57 road from the point 530 metres west of Peel Green roundabout, Eccles to its junction with Gilchrist Road, Cadishead;

(d) the section of the A57 road known as Regent Road, Salford from the point where it crosses the boundary between the City of Manchester and the City of Salford to its junction with the M602 motorway at the M602 roundabout and including the M602 roundabout;

(e) the section of the A576 road from the point where it crosses the boundary between the City of Salford and the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford at Centenary Bridge to its junction with the M602 motorway at the Gildabrook roundabout and including the roundabout;

(f) the A6042 for the whole of its length in the City of Salford together with the route of the proposed extension of the A6042 to the boundary between the City of Salford and the City of Manchester;

(g) the A5063 road for the whole of its length in the City of Salford including its on and off slip roads;

(h) the M60 motorway for the whole of its length in the City of Salford including its on and off slip roads;

(i) the M61 motorway for the whole of its length in the City of Salford including its on and off slip roads;

(j) the M62 motorway for the whole of its length in the City of Salford including its on and off slip roads;

(k) the M602 motorway for the whole of its length in the City of Salford including its on and off slip roads.
