SCHEDULE FIXED PENALTIES

Offence	Fixed penalty
In this Schedule— “fixed penalty parking offence” means— (i) an offence under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1) which is a fixed penalty offence, which does not involve obligatory endorsement and which is committed in respect of a stationary vehicle; (ii) an offence under section 15(1) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974(2); (iii) an offence under section 137(1) of the Highways Act 1980(3); (iv) an offence under section 19 of the Road Traffic Act 1988(4); (v) an offence under section 42 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 consisting in the causing of an unnecessary obstruction of a road in breach of regulation 103 of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986(5);or (vi) an offence under the Parks Regulation Acts 1872 and 1926(6) consisting in the failure to comply with, or acting in contravention of, regulation 4(30) of the Royal Parks and Other Open Spaces Regulations 1997(7); “red route” means a length of road affected by either or both of the following traffic signs, namely— (i) a traffic sign lawfully placed on the road, being a traffic sign which bears the words “Red Route”, with or without any other word or any sign or other indication; or (ii) a traffic sign consisting of a red line or mark is lawfully placed on the road; “traffic sign” means a traffic sign for the purposes of section 64(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which conveys any restriction or prohibition under an order made under that Act.
A fixed penalty offence involving obligatory endorsement	£60.00
A fixed penalty parking offence commited in Greater London on a red route	£60.00
Any other fixed penalty parking offence committed in Greater London	£40.00
Any other fixed penalty offence	£30.00
