10.—(1) The employer shall draw up, keep up-to-date and preserve at each radiological installation an inventory of equipment at that installation and, when so requested, shall furnish it to the appropriate authority.
(2) The inventory referred to in paragraph (1) shall contain the following information—
(a)name of manufacturer,
(b)model number,
(c)serial number or other unique identifier,
(d)year of manufacture, and
(e)year of installation.
(3) The employer shall ensure that equipment at each radiological installation is limited to the amount necessary for the proper carrying out of medical exposures at that installation.
