Article 2(1)

SCHEDULE 1DESCRIPTION OF DESIGNATED AREA

The catchment area of each river which flows directly or indirectly into the sea on that part of the coast of the Highland Council area between, in the North, Ordnance Survey Grid Reference NH9505 8779 (“Tarbat Ness”) and in the South, Ordnance Survey Grid Reference NH8124 6704 (“South Sutor Stack”); together with the adjacent area of sea extending seaward for three miles from mean low water springs but excluding therefrom any area of sea already included within the area of another salmon fishery district.
