Commencing at NG Ref NO 6389 4139 where Guthrie Port crosses the railway line on the southern boundary of EW 26, then northeastward to the lane east of No 25 Fisheracre; then southeastward along the said lane and the rear curtilages of Nos 79 - 1 Leonard Street to Ernest Street; then southwestward along Ernest Street to Walker Place; then southeastward along Walker Place to Palmer Street; then northeastward along the said street to the western curtilage of the works; then southeastward, northeastward, southeastward, northeastward and northwestward along the said curtilage to a point in line with the rear curtilages of the property known as Alarneda to St. Anne's, Ernest Street; then northeastward to and along the said curtilage to Hayshead Road; then southeastward along the said road to Springfield Terrace; then southwestward along Springfield Terrace to Cliffburn Road; then southeastward along Cliffburn Road to the pathway to the east of the manse at No 51 Cliffburn Road; then southeastward along the said pathway through Springfield Park and extending southeastward to the Mean Low Water Springs at NG Ref NO 6543 4094 and the eastern boundary of Angus Council; then southwestward along the said council boundary to the eastern boundary of EW 23; then generally northeastward along the eastern boundaries of EWs 23 and 24 to the point of commencement.

Ward 29 Cliffburn

Commencing at NG Ref NO 6454 4201 on the southern boundary of EW 27 where Horologe Hill meets Montrose Road; then generally southeastward along the said boundary to the eastern boundary of Angus Council at the Mean Low Water Springs; then generally southwestward along the said boundary to the eastern boundary of EW 28; then generally northward along the eastern boundaries of EWs 28 and 26 to the point of commencement.
