5. The percentage prescribed for the purposes of section 11(16) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976(1) (which is the percentage of the proceeds of a society’s lottery or a local lottery that may be appropriated on account of expenses and prizes together), shall be 80 per cent of the whole proceeds of the lottery.
