The Reporting of Injuries Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995

5.  In the Reporting of Injuries Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995(1)—

  • (a)

    in regulation 2(1)—

    (i)

    for the definition of “diving contractor” there shall be substituted the following definition—

    • ““diving contractor” has the meaning assigned to it by the Diving at Work Regulations 1997;”; and

    (ii)

    the definition of “diving operation” shall be deleted; and

    (iii)

    after the definition of “diving contractor” there shall be inserted the following definition—

    • ““diving project” has the meaning assigned to it by the Diving at Work Regulations 1997”; and

    (iv)

    in sub-paragraph (a)(vii) of the definition of “responsible person”, for the words “diving operation” there shall be substituted the words “diving project”.

    (b)

    In paragraph 10 of Part I of Schedule 2, for the words “diving operation” there shall be substituted the words “diving project”.
