Amendment of Establishment Order
2. For Article 3 of the Nevill Hall and District National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993(1) there shall be substituted the following Article:—
“Nature and functions of the trust
3.—(1) The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 5(1) of the Act.
(2) The trust’s functions shall be—
(a)subject to sub-paragraph (b) below, to own and manage under section 5(1)(a) of the Act hospital accommodation and services provided at Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny, NP7 7EG and associated hospitals;
(b)to provide and manage under section 5(1)(b) of the Act hospital accommodation and services at the Day Surgery/Endoscopy Unit, Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny, NP7 7EG; and
(c)to manage under section 5(1)(a) of the Act community health services provided from Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny, NP7 7EG and to own the associated premises.”.
