In Schedule 7—

  • paragraph 1;

  • paragraph 2 except so far as sub-paragraph (1) provides that “public body” shall cease to include SCAA;

  • paragraph 3(1) except so far as it omits the entry relating to SCAA;

  • paragraph 4 except so far as it omits the entry relating to SCAA;

  • paragraphs 6 and 7;

  • paragraph 26 so far as it omits sections 360 and 361;

  • paragraphs 27 to 29; and

  • paragraph 30(a).

In Schedule 8 the repeal of—

  • the provisions in the Superannuation Act 1972(1) specified to the extent that they relate to the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales;

  • the provisions in the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975(2) specified to the extent that they relate to the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales;

  • sections 360 and 361 of the 1996 Act;

  • Schedule 30 to the 1996 Act; and

  • the provisions of Schedule 37 to the 1996 Act specified except so far as they relate to SCAA.
