25.—(1) Where the adjudication officer is satisfied that a person satisfies, or will satisfy, the work condition or either of the requirements specified in regulation 7(4)(b) or the requirements specified in regulation 7(5)(c) he may award a bonus in advance of the condition or requirement being met.
(2) If, having been awarded a bonus in advance in accordance with paragraph (1), the person fails to satisfy the conditions, he shall not be entitled to any further bonus until he has served a further waiting period in accordance with regulation 6 (waiting period).
