3. The provisions of the Act referred to in article 2 above are–
(a)sections 2 to 8;
(b)paragraphs 6 to 9 of Schedule 5; and
(c)Schedule 6 insofar as it provides for the repeal of section 129 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980(1).
