Amendment of Regulations
2. Schedule 5 to the Education (Grant-maintained and Grant-maintained Special Schools) (Finance) (Wales) Regulations 1996(1) shall be amended by the addition at the end of Schedule 5, after paragraph 2(e) of that Schedule, of the following sub-paragraph:
“(f)expenditure incurred or to be incurred by the governing body of primary schools in connection with—
(i)the procurement of professional advice for the purposes of the school; and
(ii)staff absences.”.
