5.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, section 89 (video recordings: restriction of exemptions) shall come into force on 1st November 1995.
(2) Paragraph (1) above does not apply in relation to a video work of which a video recording has been supplied or offered for supply prior to 1st November 1995.
(3) In this article “video work” and “video recording” have the same meanings as in the Video Recordings Act 1984(1).
