Regulation 11(1)
1. Technical documentation must be such as to enable enforcement authorities to assess the conformity of electrical equipment to the requirements of these Regulations. It must, as far as is relevant for such assessment, cover the design, manufacture and operation of electrical equipment.
2.—(a) a general description of the electrical equipment;
(b)conceptual design and manufacturing drawings and schemes of components, sub-assemblies, circuits etc;
(c)descriptions and explanations necessary for the understanding of the drawings and schemes referred to in (b) and the operation of the electrical equipment;
(d)a list of the standards applied in full or in part and descriptions of the solutions adopted to satisfy the requirements of regulation 5(1) where standards have not been applied;
(e)results of design calculations made, examinations carried out etc;
(f)test reports.
